Instead of creating separate videos for each targeted customer or consumer, businesses are now creating videos with specific fields for the inclusion of personalised elements. The length between social media and e-commerce is getting blurred with each passing day. So, it is likely that social commerce will experience a surge in the coming few months. The new generation loves to continually remain connected on social media and even prefer to purchase based on the recommendation of social media stars. According to Mark Zuckerberg, "If I had to guess social commerce is the next area to blow up".
